Metal & Domed Roof Hatches

Hi Pro Intl's Roof Hatches feature Gas Cylinder lifting mechanisms and the lids can be
made from either Metal (Aluminum or Steel) or Acrylic Domes
(Single or Double).

The Metal Lid units shall have a hold open arm and a latching device with Locking
capabilities on both the inside and outside handles while the Domed units shall have
locking capabilities only on the inside. All lids are equipped with EPDM Light and Weather
Gasketing at all Lid/Curb contact surfaces.

Hinges shall be a heavy duty, Burglar resistant Pintle Type.

All of Hi Pro Intl.'s Roof Hatches are designed for complete and fast
Moisture run off, which means No Vulnerable Freeze areas.
